Meal Rate: are nett p.p. inclusive of 10% service charge and VAT
Remarks:
- Daily Rates are net per room per night inclusive of 10% service charge and VAT.
- Extra bed: Baht 500.- net per bed night inclusive of VAT and 1 ABF.
- Extra Person:
- Adult Baht.350.- net per person per night inclusive of VAT & 1 ABF.
- Children Baht.250.- net per person per night inclusive of VAT & 1 ABF.
- Monthly rates are subject to 5% service charge and VAT. per room per month, inclusive of daily maid cleaning, 3 times change of linens per week.
- Two months deposit and one month advance are required and to be paid prior to check-in.
- Water and electricity charged:
- Water - Baht. 23.00 per unit plus VAT
- Electricity - Baht. 4.00 per unit plus VAT
- Maximum number of guests in each room type
1 BR Suite : 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 3 adults
2 BR Suite : 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 6 adults
